This friday, we had a limit on atleast 50 resiliance to be a member of the guild. A few got kicked cuz they had less (You're ofcourse welcome in again if you get over the limit, a few honor/arena items would help you).
Now the limit is higher, its 75 resiliance and it should be reached before next friday!

Well we have premades pretty often so if you join the premades it should be no problem to get resilience gear =)
