this has been quoted from Magrathia in another topic as we were discussing ranks defined by resilience, as you can see, rank of officers doesnt need to be directly influence by resilience, but their personal resilience will be shown in guild note.

Guild Master
1: Gladiator (officers)
2: Knight (400+)
3: Soldier (300-400)
4: Head Hunter (200-300)
5: Ranger (100-200)
6: Fresh Blood(<100 resilience)
7: alts

The main reason for a lil reform of ranks,
1. Many people were wondering what lv cap we will have in the guild. I say lv 70s who PvP only, as for resilience = no cap
but with the rank system above, new members can work up the ranks feeling a sense of achievement and a valuble part of the guild.

I dont want Beg for your Life to make new/potential members have to work hard (before they join) to get in the guild, they should feel welcomed from the start, and ofc be included in our premades / world raids. Ultimatly, more members means bigger world raids on ally cities.
This will make it easier for them to get the much needed honor / chance to find decent people for arena teams etc, to make their toon PvP strong..

I would like lots of feedback over this weekend, regarding this post, and whether every1 would be happy with the suggested rank names..

But seriously, great idea, I like it. Put a special rank of Lover for if you have exactly 322 resiliance.

Lets organise an Arena Boost team for when S3 gear comes out, need about 1900 rating to get the S3 weapons.

Sounds great Smile I aint very pleased with the names I came up with, but that was the best I could think of Razz

As for the No-resi cap.. I think its smart and more equitable. All gain on it in the end.
And when it comes to city-raids.. the more the merrier! Very Happy

And the ranks will benefit in the way of the feeling. People will feel that they grow in value as they achieve higher ranks.

It is true, cloth users do get a slight bonus in resilience as oppososed to higher armor class users.
However, its not completely dramatic, and i think the guild needs a kind of achievement ladder for working for their items.

I hope higher armor users can see past this slight resilience bonus for clothies as all can gain +400 resilience and the highest rank in guild (other than officer/GM)

Obviously any problems with this change can and will be discussed.

Ranks have now been enforced and will be maintained, pls inform an officer or myself if ur rank needs to be updated, we will try to maintain as best we can if u keep ur notes updated.

Some other changes have/will be inforced in the future. These changes may not be permanment, if ur not happy pls post, or wisp me in game.
I dont want to offend or upset any1, but also, I dont want any drama in the guild over anything i change, pls, we can talk about anything ur not happy about
