| 'Champion' ranked members can also view and chat in officer chat in guild ( /o) I have done this because i feel, members who manage to get their resilience to 400+ deserve to see whats going on and voice their opinions. This does not mean i dont value other guild members opinions, this is a reward for current champions, and motivation for others to get champion'status  | |
