Stektfisk -> kicked out of the guild.

As the topic reveal, Stektfisk have been kicked out of the guild.

We had several reasons for warning/kicking Stektfisk, some are lack of good behavior, a overload of rudeness/cockiness, not polite to the guild.

I will further explain my reasons.

Lack of good behavior.
Over all Stektfisk have been quite bossy in his attitude to others in the guild.. In my eyes he've seen himself as the best on all points, which is a very unhumble way of treating fellow guildmates.

Overload of rudeness/cockiness.
As a addition to the previous statement he also did it in a rude and cocky way, not thinking of others and not being very polite in his way of handling situations.

Not polite to the guild.
In several PvE-situations he've been unpolite towards other fellow players and not the least guildmembers. There's a few very recent examples concerning the HeadlessHorseman-event.

He was in one group with one or more fellow guildmates who said they were about to do alot of summons in a row, so all in the group had a chance of getting something... and also had to provide the group with their "summon"-ability. When Stektfisk had gotten what he was there for, he just left the group behind. He did not need them anymore. But they needed him, but why should he care?...

Another time, he was in a group with one or more guildmates for the same event, and same reasons.. The tank couldnt get in because of too many entered instances, so we started to look for another tank. We had a dps-specced warrior in the group who suggested we could 4-man it and he could tank. Stektfisk said he would be a better tank because of all his resiliance and stamina. He was quite cocky when I said, wouldnt the warrior be better as tank?, and no.. he would be the best tank for sure, and we would make it easy if he tanked.
Ofcourse we didnt, we were 4 players in the group, and a shadowpriest tanking.
So we died, and went back, searched for a real tank.. And Stektfisk just left out again.

So today I asked in guild, if anyone had objections about me kicking Stektfisk. Noone had, and I also discussed the matter with Kraizd and Elithor. Noone was against the suggestion.

If someone have objections now, please state them below.

Something to add, this is two different groups, and 2 different sources of information, I was not in the two parties.

Also earlier remarks about his cockiness and behavior has been counted in this desicion. It's not only me personal who think this.

I don't know him, but if all of that is true, then, goodbye stakefish... stepflisg... stopshisk... that...

I can be quite rude to other people. But then when MTing/raidleading I find a harsh approach gets the best results.

But all in all I agree, if someone is a cunt, why have them in guild?

I would ofc like to see all members in Beg for your Life, stay, in Beg for your Life. Though if there's any1 in the guild making it an unpleasent stay for the majoroty of the guild or a player who is inconsiderate overall, we're better off without them. Not only is it horrid for the guild, but if he's like that elsewhere, what kind of name does that give us?

I'm hoping our guild can be a nice place to be, with every1 taking part in what we do. That is 1 goal.

And I do agree with u romper, there are some situations a harsher tone should be used. But, theres no need to be disrespectful...

i dunno what to say , i think this is sad, he was a very good player and the guild needs some of the best to be even more popular but what he did was very wrong :s i think its sad,

but i also thinks that every1 deserves another chance, then i mostly mean Bjaern that we kicked for like 1month ago and maybe stektfisk if he apologize for what he did.

I sure do think most people diserve a second chance, and I'd ofcourse give Stektfisk a second chance if he explains himself, and if more members think I did the wrong decision.

He was a very good player if you just checked Armory, cuz of good gear and stats. But noone is a good player with only good gear, its mor to count in to the whole.
